2. Selecting your puppy

  • Puppy selection typically occurs when the puppies are around 3 weeks old, although this timing may vary with each litter.
  • We will reach out to each prospective owner from our list that has stated interest to discuss the available puppies.
  • We will regularly update (each week) our Facebook page with photos of the puppies.
  • Please note that once you have selected a puppy, your deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferrable to another litter.
  • Per alignment with the State of Washington, we have the right to return any deposit and cancel the sale of a puppy if we feel the prospective owner is not a suitable match for our puppy or program. As a breeder, we have discretion to ensure that our puppies are placed in homes that align with our values and standards.

3. Watch your puppy grow

4. Scheduling a pick up date

  • Our goal is to update photos every other week. Once puppies start to play, we try to also post videos.
  • In the meantime, you can start preparing for your new puppy by beginning the Baxter & Bella training program, working through the checklist we provide, and puppy-proofing your home!
  • If you’d like to visit your puppy, we recommend waiting until they are 5 weeks old. By this age, the puppies will be more active and engaging in play, making your visit more enjoyable.

4. Scheduling a pick up date

  • When the puppies are born and it’s your turn to select a puppy, we will inform you of the pickup date. Puppies can leave as soon as they turn 8 weeks old. Puppy pick up dates are scheduled for Sundays.
  • Please note that we do not hold puppies past the scheduled pickup dates.
  • Additionally, we observe the Sabbath on Saturdays, so we are unavailable for pickups on that day. Please plan your pickup date accordingly.

5. Send final payment

5. Send final payment

  • Please ensure that your final payment is made by the time the puppy reaches 7 weeks old. You can send the payment via Zelle or by mailing a personal check. Note that we do not accept PayPal for the final balance. If you would like to pay in cash or cashier's check at pick up, please let us know in advance.
  • At the time of pickup, you will need to sign the health guarantee/contract form. We will have a copy prepared for you, so there is no need to send one in advance.

  • For deposits, we accept checks, PayPal (note that PayPal payments include a fee; see button below), or Zelle.
